Well it finally hit me like a ton of bricks. I am land locked. I went to a wave pool yesterday and all I could think of are the real waves that I was missing back home and how I will be missing every swell till November when I get back to see family.

I really miss my surfing and my friends. Body surfing a man made wave just isn't cutting it.

I have to skate more, and look forward to snowboarding this winter. At least I am closer to the west than I was.

If you surf and are near a break, hang one out over the nose for this land locked lad.
