I am in such a depretion right now. I have been hitting the gym like my life depended on it(which it does) for the past 8 weeks. 5-6 days a week. Pounding steel, burning up the cardio equipment, and I only lost 1 pound. Had a second fit test done, Body fat, VOMax, flexibility, and strength. Made great gains on all of them(except body fat), but I can't loose weight to save my life.
What the fuck is the point in going when I can sit on my ass, drink beer and screw around. This is pissing me off so much.
