This is my first blog entry here on SG. Not sure if anyone's gonna read this. This is most likely going to be a long list of rambles here and there. I'm not sure what I'm gonna do with it yet. But at least I know my mother-in-law won't read my Suicide Girls blog. She reads my LiveJournal. So I have to kind of curb myself a little, particularly if I decide to complain about her. Hee!
I suppose I should introduce myself. It's boring, though. I just moved to Arizona from Pen-suck-ola, Florida. I inherited my mother's house and now my love and I (and my three cats) are going to start a new life here in the middle of the desert.
I like the desert. Mostly because I have a harder time killing cacti than I do other kinds of plants. Note that I said "harder", and not that I can't kill them. I'm really talented at smooshing green things.
I have a profile on Deviant Art that I haven't updated in like, a lifetime because I keep looking at artwork that makes me depressed about my own. And I have a LiveJournal, but I'm not entirely sure anyone here should read that, because the vast majority of my tags there in the past year have been related to death, and not in the cool, romantic, "Dark Darkness of My Dark, Dark Soul", goth way, either.
I do not MySpace. People I never wanted to see or talk to again kept finding me. Icky people. Brr. From like, grammar school and junior high. Gack.
I have three cats and no current real profession.
I'd like to be a Suicide Girl someday, but I am NOT letting this fucking tattoo get photographed until I have it RETOUCHED. I was about 19 or 20 when I had it done, and I love the idea behind it, and the design, but it was a shitty tattoo and it's all squidgy and smooshy and the lines have blurred. Let this be a lesson to you. And to me. If you want a good tattoo...
Shit. I dunno. Pay a lot of money and find someone that's been in tattoo magazines. Or that has done tattoos on rock stars. I plan on getting it retouched and getting a few more. I have the guy I want to do it already picked out. He's in Tempe, Arizona, and has done a lot of tattoos on famous people.
Mostly sports people. And I don't know much about sports. Unless we're talking about equestrian sports, in which case my knowledge ended in about 1987.
Also, I'm kind of shy. Really. I'll shoot my mouth off at the drop of a hat, but I'm nervous about introducing myself to people.
I believe I have rambled enough. Stay tuned for interesting stuff. I promise.
