Well, its raining here today and I haven't accomplished as much as I should have because of my voodoo eye, but things seem to be clearing up though my voodoo book isn't giving me entrance to read it - up to the Gods I guess. Hopefull the main accomplishment later today will be restarting 'cobra position'



I'm trying to restart this yoga regimen I had when I briefly moved back to Canada last year but kind of lost when I landed back here in Miami. I could be going for yoga in a class but I"m not probably due to my insecurity about attending a class full of 18 year olds and me being really interested in yoga but feeling I had nothing in common. I have a tape series that I made for myself, my mom and my sister - Kathy Smith with this guy Rod Streiger - and they're pretty good. Visually The best is this french version of I think "Alley Mcbeal" and its very mysterious with the french especially when the yoga master arrives Eric Schiffman but its also the hardest one to do and I'm always sore the next day when I do that one. If anyones doing yoga out there, I'd love to hear thoughts.



Hopefully, I"ll be able to start regular to 'open' some things up 'psychically' that is to release myself from an overly programmatic way of being (I do computers!!!!) Well, streeeeeeeeeeeetch!
