To my surprise, I have actually taken some half decent photos for the competition I mentioned in my last entry 
They all have to be in by the end of the month, so I've got time to take a few more yet
It seems half of the city's drinking establishments, well 26 out of the 51 surveyed by our local paper, have applied for licenses to stay open longer.
I think things may get very messy for a while, but should eventually calm down.
It's going to be lovely to be able stay in a pub till 1 or 2 every now and again, and again!
Uh oh! My screen is starting to flicker at me. That'll give me a reasonable excuse to go and but a nice 19" LCD one soon.
