Okay, Here's the deal. The purchase would be for the corporation that owns the club. Included in that purchase would be all of the inventory, sound, lighting, vendors, permits, and licenses associated with it. The club has a 48 license (if your not familiar, it's a live music, cabaret license that is no longer available and highly coveted). The monthly lease is $1975.00 for approx. 1000 sq. ft indoors and 500 sq. ft outdoor smoking lounge with a stage. It is currently running approx. $6,000/mo in expenses and is making a profit.
