Skidoo was slang for goodbye, kinda like scidaddle (which Eye am sure Eye spelled wrong) around the early 1900s. A.Crowley wrote a very awesome book called The Book Of Lies & the 23rd chapter is titled: Skidoo. Hence 23 Skidoo & where they & Eye got it from.
