Whew, a weekend to myself. Had some of the best surf in awhile down at Ocean Beach here in SF. The waves were amazing!! Cold as all hell, but that didn't matter. And I won't bore ya with a bunch of surf talk either. All I can say is that I'm in bliss to be out in the water freezing catching good waves!!!
Had a crazy week up in Napa working on a photoshoot for food and wine at the Carl Domani estate. Words cannot describe the beuty of this place. One part of the story we had to shoot was all these oldschool vinters' playing poker one night. All the big wigs were in the house. Mondavi to Francis Ford himself....that's right the man! I could believe it. I was in complete aw in his presence. I even got to play a few rounds of poker with him. I'll probably never get the chance ever again. What an opportunity to actually meet Mr. Coppola, play a few rounds of poker and do a shot of mescal. Fuckn' A!!!
Hope ya'lll havin' a good weekend.....gotta go now. There's Big Wheel Race on Lombard street I gotta officiate!!! I'll try and post pictures later.
