Just got back from Mendocino CA. Its' quite amazing up there. Could not believe the $$$ that exist up there.....hmmmm could it be little weeds growing up somewhere in the big redwoods. If ya know what I mean...wink, wink. 
Thinking bout buying a cabin up there near the ocean...for real. Maybe a little hideaway wear I can raise my exotic roosters and grow fresh veggies. Just a thought.....
