on the plus side, the keg's caesar salad has come a long way since last i dined there. Posh, the waiter, and i had a few decent laughs... of note was when he put my baked potato and asparagus on the table with a flourish and said "you dinner sir".
the regrowth of my love of real metal continues... last night i had many dreams - most of which were influenced in some strange way by the cartoon network that was left on when we went to bed, but that's a different story. i only barely remember the heavy metal dream, but i know i was totally wailing on an Ibanez. one of those pointy-armed, floating bridged, double-humbuckered numbers that are still the preferred axe of satriani and vai. it was glorious, if only i remembered the rest of it...
