My last day at work is friday, and I'm trying to decide whether I should spend my last week in town before I move, packing non-stop or if I should be out partying with my friends. I just don't know, because the packing has to be done, and I haven't really done any partying in a long time. Anyway, I'm moving to St. Louis, MO finally on the 12th of this month. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time.
My mouse broke today, and I got really pissed, but had to go to work. Then when I got home I tried dropping it to make it work again, it didn't work. So I took it apart and found out that a part had come loose and hooked it back up and it works like a charm! I love my mouse, it's a microsoft Intellimouse I've had for about 3 years now, and besides the little incident today it's worked like a fuck'n' charm and it better for years to come. Woo, yay for not having to buy a new mouse!
I got in ANOTHER fucking car accident. This one was last friday, and there's been a whole bunch of problems. Again, it wasn't my fault, it was the other persons fault. But their insurance is making a stink because she didn't have her license because of a DUI.... so there's an investigation going on, and I'm going to have to get my car repaired and repainted (I'm assuming a full repaint, although it's probably only $1000 worth of damage) in St. Louis sometime after I get there.
Updating my resume, and getting ready to hit up the job market when I get to my new home. I just hope I can make it... hell, I know I can. I have the help of a great friend, and his girlfriend, who is also a great friend and I have the help, and love and support of an intelligent and lovely girl....
Anyway, that's pretty much the update.
Oh, and my cell phone sucks.
