OK, so my roomate/best friend since grade school got his tax refund, and was muttering about how much extra money he has and what he might buy. Then I grabbed my books, wrote down the total amount of money he owes me from not paying any rent or utilities for the past 3 months. Now all of a sudden he has no extra money, still hasn't given me a cent, but did manage to guy a new video game or 2.
