yeah, its another poem post. This one was inspired by all those horrible, mushy Jesus love songs that, in actually, sound very sexual. i am not a religious man, so don't think this is serious. Then again, how could you?


Life With Jesus

I wake up to
your whisper in my ear;
you in your soft white robe.

My vision clears
in time to catch a whisp
of hair trailing down the hall.

A light clicks on.
I can hear the whir of your
blowdryer in the bathroom.

Since living with you
my life has seemed
a waking dream

and all that i can find
to prove it real
are long aubern hairs

left lying on the
cool blue tiles
of my bathroom floor.
