tattoos, tattoos. they're everywhere on this site. i love girls with tattoos!

i have always assumed that a girl would never date a guy who had less ink than her. is that valid? I'm sure its not, but hey,i nonetheless have been scrounging for over a year for more tattoo ideas. even when i got my only one across my shoulders i felt it was just a frame for something big that would go underneath. I just can't think of what i'd truely like. One idea is to get a pretty large smiling skull and crossbones right under "Pogue Mahone." however, i am reluctant as the only thing original about it would be the large size. it might be nice to make the background look like an old treasure map, but i have no idea what i would want on it. it might also be nice to have the dotted line lead to an "X" on my ass cheek, as everyone who has read my profile knows that "Pogue Mahone" means kiss my ass in Gaelic.

How do i go about solidifying these ideas? should i just tell my idea to a tattoo artist and have him come up with something? i am getting anxious. where do i go from here?
