Alright. This weekend i interned at KUCI on a Goth radio show and a punk radio show. the punk show took place from 3AM-6AM!!! My head is still numb after my five hours of sleep....
Anyway, i had a lot of fun spinning some of my own collection and messing up only a few times. I can't wait to see if i get my own radio show this summer!!! I've already thought of a theme. I will play a bunch of old, deviant style rock and roll/rockabilly from the 50's and 60's (Desperate Rock n Roll comps, John Waters Soundtracks, and Born Bad comps, etc.) as well as some classic 77/rare punk, then i will mix it all with the trashiest, craziest newer punk/rock n roll music i can find. All this, and a heavy splash of cool lounge, broken blues, classic monster music, and of course as many thrashing one-man-bands as i can find (Rev. Beatman, Hazil Adkins, Guitar Fucker, Thee Mysterious Asthmatic Avenger)!! the shows name will have something to do with TRASH. Something along the lines of "Garbage a-go-go", "mondo trash-o", "Sound disposal". If you can think of a good name, run it by me.

Your radio show sounds awesome. I wish there was something like that around here. Perhaps there is and I'm just not *scene* enough to know about it.
and thanks for complimenting my work! I keep cleaning my room and then messing it up again. Creation is a messy process. I need a studio!
oh yeah, there is a guy here in town John Schooley of the Hard Feelings, he does a pretty impressive one man band stuff. i'm pretty sure he has an album out.
