Okay this was a shit weekend. I don't even want to talk about Friday. Enough to say that it was a disaster and I should have known better. Then my Step daughter had to cancel her visit which was a major bummer. Might have been for the best though as I was so tired bc of Friday night I would have fallen asleep on her. Now I find myself at work Sunday night trying to make up for last weeks lost time. I hate working on the weekends. I'm in serious need of a good time weekend the last few have all been blah.
Positive note is that for some reason I've had very little desire to eat so watching my diet as been easy. Also got off my lazy arse and went to the gym today. Did 1/2 an hour of cardio and it didn't leave me as wiped out as I thought it would. If I can keep that motivation I should have no problem with my healthier living goal.
Yeah Eskimos but Calgary or Saskatchewan would have been better.
