I am absolutely in love with the weather. This is my favorite season. I am stocking up on boots, scarves and fun hats to get me through this lovely fall.
Also, an amazing achievement for me, I was nominated Best Photographer in Tulsa, Ok today by an amazing indie arts program where I had my first exhibit. It is an amazing honor to even be considered, but I have worked so hard and I really feel like my work is finally paying off.

I also learned (again) that true friends are hard to find. And it reminds me (again) why I do not have very many female friends. I expect people to treat me how I treat them. I do not approve of backstabbing or general drama.
It seems that I am people's friends as long as I have something to give them, and when that is finished they move on. It is disheartening but I know this is just another chapter of my life and I will continue to grow and learn.

On a lighter note, I got a new book to fill my weekend! An old favorite of mine, I read some of the series when I was younger, but Sherlock BBC has peaked my interested again so I decided to revisit the old classic.
