so im kinda in a shitty mood. so i need to vent.
so here it goes...

i love my job...soooo much. i actually look forward to going to work. but i dont get paid shit. minimum wage to be precise. And this girl who used to work with me is now doing the same thing I do, but making 10.50 an hour.

And im upset...and this is really kinda late but it just kinda hit me...i didnt get to have the wedding i wanted. and i think it just really hit me cuz riki confessed that he was disappointed too... we didn't get the wedding we wanted cuz my parents where paying and they didnt want us to have it the way we wanted. i didnt get to have it on halloween, i didnt get the dress or the colors i wanted, i didnt get to have it where i wanted it.
i always dreamed of my wedding. and then i didnt get it. you have no idea how upsetting that is. riki said that we can redue it, like renew our vows but its the same ya know?

i dunno...im sorry. didnt mean to bum anyone out...

I think it is totally the same....do it up! You can probly enjoy it more now cuz you won't have as many butterflies.

It might not be exactly the same, but it could actually be better! Think about how much fun you could have if you were able to have an event that was completely yours, freed from having to worry about socio-political issues.

None of us gets everything exactly the way we want it, but there are huge rewards for maintaining a positive frame of mind and searching out all the really cool, fun things that are possible. smile

Employment-wise, you know that no matter how much you love your job, minimum wage (or anything close to it) isn't going to be viable for the long term. Make a detailed plan for how you get from here to where you want to be, and start putting it into action...
