Dr. TATTOFF is a fun, hip and established state of the art laser center focusing on non-invasive laser treatments such as laser tattoo and laser hair removal. We are looking for a well-rounded and upbeat Office Coordinator to assist with various medical/office duties. We are an extremely busy and growing office located in Beverly Hills. We have 2 other locations located in Encino and Irvine.

Responsibilities:

Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Coordinating daily schedules
Filing
Database entry
Contacting patients
Client check-in and maintaining office flow
Taking pre-treatment photos
Maintaining treatment room cleanliness


Job Requirements:

1-2 years experience working in a medical, spa or office environment
Team player
Responsible

Customer service skills

Computer skills - Word, Excel, Internet
Fast learner

Hours for this position: 40 hours per week (varied)
