I am really bummed. The best drag king show Baltimore has ever had (last night) and I wasn't able to be there to perform because I had the fucking flu. My promoter said the place was packed! There was over 500 people there and I could have made a ton of money and networked and met a lot of cool new people and instead I had to sit at home, all alone with the flu. It sucks. The good thing though is that my friend Bernard, who is a real sweet guy, came by to hang out with me tonight and watch movies and keep me company while I'm sick. Which makes me feel loved.
