I'm hanging in there. Trying not to get down and discouraged. Trying to keep a positive light on things. Is it bad though that as I sit here and job hunt I put a hoodoo on people with jobs I want hoping either they get pregnant or fired or die or something so bad happens in their lives that they fall off the map and their boss sees my resume and thinks, wow this guy looks amazing he's hired...
I know delusional about sums it up lol.
But yeah short answer is doing ok. Had a couple of bad and emotional days and then a friend reaches out, like now, or someone sends me a message or i see a quote that just makes me think at some point, in some way, this will all work out for the best.

I'm so apolitical...but I got misty-eyed several times during Obama's acceptance speech. I have the same warm and fuzzy feeling I did when Clinton was first elected...like there's hope for America.
I really could not be happier about this. I and most of my fellow Europeans were really starting to dislike the US. Let's hope Obama makes it better. I have faith in him. xoxo

I joined you & Marksy's broke-toe club yesterday.
When I woke up I was half asleep and hungover and went to get the cats' bowls out of their room and walked straight into the futon instead of out the door. The futon post slammed between my two middle toes and it hurrrt. I took aspirin and iced my foot and it's getting better, but my 3rd toe is still swollen and bruised.
