I wanted to do a velvet cake red, but I just decided to do the black because I already had the color to do it. I haven't been brunette in a looooong time. It's been kind of weird adjusting to it because you know you have to adjust your color coordinations like makeup & clothing, etc. I like it though. It's a good color for letting your hair grow out. 
Oh, and you can't really tell in that pic, but in the right lighting you can see the blue hue I added into the black. I'll have some better pix where you can see it soon.
How is it that no matter how old you are your dad can still make you feel like a little girl?? Not so fun asking dad for $$, sheesh, I won't be doing that again for a loooooong time! I think part of the reason he acts so disappointed in me is because I've always been the responsible child, and I've only asked for financial help from him a hand-full of times in my adult life. On the other hand, my brother is a different story. I don't know what he would have done w/out my dad!

Anyone besides me who won't be eating turkey tomorrow? My fam is all scattered...no money for travel...sis just moved way down south...bro is way up northwest, etc. So, I'll be staying home & trying to finish up some projects I've been working on. I do NOT need to be piggin out on a bunch of fattening food since I'm trying to trim the tummy anyway!
