Through her photos, videos, journal, & for some, personal friendships, she delighted us with her personality & spirit. We are reminded that our lives can end so suddenly. For 22 year old
Elsie, this happened much too soon, when she still had a life ahead of her that she had not yet lived. I never had the pleasure of meeting her, but it's so sad what has happened to her. My heart goes out to all of those whose lives she touched, so I put together this photo montage to express my deepest sympathies to those of you who are grieving her loss.

As I mentioned, I did not know her personally, but when I read her recent journal entry it hit close to home. I read that she was suffering from the same chronic condition that I was diagnosed with about 5 years ago, although I know I had it for at least a few years before that. My mother who passed away almost 10 years ago, also suffered from it. No one seems to know exactly what causes it and have only recently developed treatment medication for it. Like Elsie said though, in her journal, medications for it knock you out. I'm on several medications for mine, as well as, herbal/vitamin supplements. It's basically be a zombie all the time or be in pain all the time, or both. I know the pain she suffered from, and just the other day I went for a pain shot just as she had because the pain got so bad I was getting nauseous & about to pass out. My thoughts & deepest sympathies are with you all who are grieving for the loss of this beautiful young lady. Rest in peace Sweet Angel.
