I made an active choice to be positive today. It was a super busy, somewhat shitty day at work today, but by choosing to be positive, it wasnt a bad day overall. I need to keep this mentality in mind

So first one I went out with is blowing me off. I asked her out for today and she said she would like to, but may have something to do, but would get back to me. I haven't heard from her yet, but I saw that she's currently online at the dating site that we met on, so yeah.

It's nice to have options.
I'm definitely feeling a shift in my lifestyle and outlook on life. I'm being a bit more proactive, I'm walking, I'm eating (mostly) better, I'm starting to feel more confidence. I've lost 18lbs in the last month, I'm actually going out on dates, and I'm getting out of the house more often.

If you believe that dating has to be an exclusive relationship, then rock on with that. I don't get it, but I know perfectly reasonable people who believe the same thing.
Otherwise, you have the option of discussing the situation with both of them. You don't have the option of marrying both of them, at least not yet, but you do have the option of dating both of them without "juggling" them. They have agency.
