on my bday the other day, we were gonna go to sea world, but by the time we actually left town, it was already 2pm, and we wouldnt get there until 3, and the park closes at 5.
so we decided to just go to oceanside and have a bbq and bonfire.
we had a pretty good time. and we discovered the best way to get a fire going.
donuts. thats right. donuts.
it was inspired by an episode of the simpsons which homer has to go back to high school sicence class, and the teacher burns a donut,
then we saw how much the donut was burning, and our fire wasnt realy very strong, so we decided to put the whole box in. (they had sand in them, so we werent gonna eat them anyways.)
and heres the result:
now, the fire still wasnt very big, but it tripled in size witht he addition of the donuts. i guess all th fat and grease in them was good fuel.

as for my job situation. im delivering pizzas right now, which doesnt pay much, but tips give me daily gas and food money, which is what i really need right now.
i go in to the casino tomorrow to turn in my gaming application, so they can start the background check.
hopefully it will only be a couple more weeks, but it could take another month, which sucks, but at least im finally getting somewhere.
