oooohhhhh. i am in pain.
lol, not bad, just really sore from yesterday.
Yesterday was the Warped Tour. Such a good time. Although since i hurt my knees last year, i cant go into the crowds and the mosh pit anymore. really sucks.
but i still had a good time as usual. got to see a lot of really great bands. Finally got to see the Offspring, who ive been trying to see for like 6 years. the Transplants were amazing, as was No Use for a Name as usual.
Ive seen the Starting Line and MXPX before, but as usual, they were good. We didnt really get to see Thrice, but we could hear them, and they were awesome. Senses Fail and Tsunami Bomb were really good.
The Dropkick Murphys closed the show, and while they arent really my cup of tea, they put on a good show, and had half the crowd up on stage with them by the end of their set.
Since im not able to stay in the pit anymore, next year im going to bring my camera. I didnt want to bring it this year because i figured i would break it in the pit, but i spent so little time in the pit.
One of the highlights of the day was at the end of the day, my friend Eric wanted to get a hoodie, but the ones he wanted were either too expensive, or the booth they were in was already closed. We came across the MXPX booth, so he decided to get an MXPX hoodie, and the singer Mike Herrera just happened to be there. It wasnt an official signing or anything, but he was there, so we got to meet him, and got his autograph, so that was pretty sweet.
