changed my profile pic again. probably wont last long, but there it is anyways, in all it's glory. Homer Simpson driving a Dodge Viper
so anyways, heres a couple recommendations:
movies:
the Incredibles - just saw it last night for the first time, and while it definitly isnt Pixar's finest, it is still a pretty good movie. especially if you now are, or ever have been, a fan of comics/superheroes.
Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith - yep. that's right. i saw it today at a top secret private screening. Naa, just kidding. But i did just see the new trailor, and i must say, it looks as if this film will be really fucking awesome. Now, i know i'm treading dangerous waters by saying thins, but i enjoyed Ep. I and II (although i will agree with the rest of the world by saying i hated Jar Jar). But I can see why other fans didnt like them, and i think that Ep. III will make people forget, and they will love it. Or it could be like the Matrix Trilogy and just totally alienate and piss off the fans altogether. Although, i did like those films too.... mostly for the cgi, and the fights and stuff. the story confused the hell out of me
television:
Viva La Bam - not a new show, but the fourth season is definitly off to a great start. very funny stuff. and i like how Bam finally shows that he isnt a complete asshole by attempting to do nice things for his parents.
books:
The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy (series) - I'm almost thru with 'So Long and thanks for all the Fish'. This is a great series, and anyone who hasnt read any of it yet really should before the movie comes out later this year
