im kinda starting to suck at my job, and i'm pretty close to being fired.
My problem is, im having trouble balancing my cash drawer. I work in a cash cage at a casino, and i work with a $25000 - $75000 drawer. Ive worked with larger at a different casino, with no problems. But lately, im having trouble balancing.
I am at over $280 off this month, and ive already been written up twice, i will be suspended for another one soon, and after that, the next offence is termination.
So ive given myself 2 choices:
1. Keep going and just be very careful about what i do
2. Turn in my 2 weeks notice before they have a chance to fire me. I dont want to be fired for cash shortages, because i WON'T be able to get another job in a casino ever again.
I'm leanign towards the 2nd choice, because i dont know what im doing wrong and why i am so short lately.
