Still dont know what is wrong with me exactly, but each day is different. Some days im in pain, other days im "fine", and others, im really out of it, and cant seem to focus on anything

But from self diagnosis (which i know is usually a terrible idea), i've ruled out kidney stones, and ive narrowed it down to either diabetes or kidney failure. based on my symptoms

omg... kidney failure???!!! i hope you can see a doctor soon. ask the local health department if there is a free clinic you can go to. seriously, don't wait on this.
