Okay, so on Tuesday I went with the Jews to the Portland Rock Gym and got a really nice workout. That night, I slept like a baby. Last night, however, I was at their house, the Synagogue, till 12:30 or so. Then Me and Dan and Ea went up to the IHOP on 82nd where I drank about 8 cups of coffee. Now most of you, kind readers, are probably shocked and appalled at my apparent lack of self respect, and you may be wondering why I would subject myself to such a lack of restorative sleep so shortly after an intense workout. In the end I slept from about 6:30 to 10.

Caffeine doesn't normally do that to me. Its effects have been generally unnoticable. Augh! And it was really bad coffee...

I feel better now. Perhaps a hot shower (don't forget the multivitamin!), some breakfast and some Ninja Gaiden will help me feel better...
