Bad anxiety this morning. Woke up at 6:20am, 20 minutes later I almost had a panic attack. It's good to have friends to help you through rough patches. Drank some coffee, kept my mind busy. Feeling better, but anxiety takes a lot out of me.

My first panic attack happened at age 11 or 12, it was triggered by my claustrophobia. I've had anxiety for a long time, the older I get the longer lasting the effects are. Getting old sucks 😂 @rkey31

Today is my dog's birthday! He's my furbaby, my kid if you will. He turns 12 years old today. He's been through a lot in his life, but he's had a good life thanks to me. Here are some pics of him eating his birthday 'cheeseburger'
