Finally! I only worked 3 days this week, but let me tell you, they were full and quite busy ones. 2 of the 3 days I was in surgery and performing dental cleanings. Also 2 of those days were back-to-back doubles. I got bit and scratched by cats, saw some cute puppies, and had a lot of sadness with putting pets to sleep. As one doctor sadly put it 'I'm Dr. Death this week', and I was her Death Technician. Alas, it is part of the job but does take its toll on me when I don't even realize it, it's draining. I take solace in the fact that I am helping clients and ending their pets suffering.
I will have a lot of time to myself this weekend, which is much welcomed. I can sleep in! Do I have plans? Xbox and relaxing, housework, nothing much.
So here I am, freshly showered and ready to start relaxing 🚿
