I put my little rat Zoey to sleep today. She was middle aged as far as rats go. She had a tumor for a few months that recently got bigger. She just wasn't herself the last day or two, I knew it was time. She wasn't very affectionate, but she was a cutie and pretty entertaining. The little she did let me hold and pet her, she enjoyed. I will miss her very much.

Aww, I'm sorry for you :( I also have two rats who tend to have respiratory infections, I am really scared something happens to them, but the great thing is now you little guy won't suffer anymore :( rats have such a short life expectancy :(Â
