Mikey::: I wore his Army Tshirt every night to bed for 38 days while he was in Qatar. He's back now..safe and in one peice. I'm so glad.
We aren't together, but I still care a lot about him, and it was my way of doing something ... hoping it would help to bring him home. As silly as it is...it made me feel closer to him, and like I was able to do something. He's home now...so I have no reason to think of him anymore. But I do. I miss him at times...no matter how different we might have been. At times he haunts my thoughts at night when I'm laying in bed. HE always said he'd ruin me for the next guy. HAHA Maybe he was right in a way! I can't get him out of my mind.
I REALLY like this new guy I've known for a little while. He is so awesome...cute...funny. I'm glad we found each other. He makes me come alive again in certain ways. I know I have a long ways to go before I'm ready for a relationship .... first you have to get over the last one....right? But...I can't wait to try it all. Eventually.
