thank you for putting that so nicely (my journal) because i'm having a hard time. staying clean/sober is forcing me to accept that i'm also getting old and all that comes with it. i guess i could settle into it, but damn i'm having a hard time letting go of my "wild-child, anything goes, live for the moment" self. ugh! such issues!!!!!! would someone just please slap the hell out of me?
