dont mean to be on a downer.. though im now coming to terms with the fact that I might have a lot of psyio therapy to get my neck and shoulder back in shape after last weeks car/bike accident..

Having to talk to the cops, the insurance people, doctors, cops, insurance people.. its fucking pissing me off.

All this and the $$$.. Man I was doin so well, getting real fit, taking care of myself, going vegan and now im kinda relegated to the bench.. And the woman who caused the accident?

Shes gets a fucking fine from the cops and has to pay for the insurance claim.. I cant stop working as if I dont work, I dont get paid.. Im in pain daily, cant sleep properly and getting narky to all the people close around me..

fuk it maybe i should just man up and deal with this shit.. I dunno, its just all seeming too much to deal with at the moment.. I had to ride my bike this afternoon to the osteo for an appointment and its the first time since the accident.. Ive been riding bikes for 20 years and this is the first time Ive ever been scared to get back on.. fuking sydney drivers are all mostly fuking asswipe shit head bastards..
