i moved my mom in. her health isn't so great and she's still waiting to hear from social security about getting disability. there are ups and downs to having mom live with you. bonuses include mom cooked meals, house always clean and a chance to repair a mother, son relationship that has soured in the last 10 years.
the minuses include, no privacy, having to buy everything because she has no money (which is ok, she did take care of me all those years), all this extra stuff in my house and just having someone here after a year of being by myself.
i have to go buy a new tv today because my brother dropped hers when he was helping move her in.
i have a date this weekend. at least there's that to look forward to.
