I really want to be on here more, and I really want to be answering comments and participating in my groups and on Dating Sucks! and all that, but the thing is, my parents' internet connection is slower than strained molasses. I suppose all of the mountainfolk are in the hills Christmas shopping on their newfangled electric contrapshuns, and that's why.
I love staying with my parents, but they are getting older, and it drives me out of my mind when they sleep in the daytime. If I am a snob about anything, it is that. Seeing older people sleep during the day, especially in public, is just the most unseemly thing in the world. I wonder why I have such an aversion to it.
