My shoulder is killing me. I have no idea why that is. I woke up in extreme pain, took some illegal medication and I'm waiting for it to kick in. I just got over a boxing shoulder injury that took more that 3 months to get back to near normal. I did'nt see a doctor bcuz every day the pain occured in a different range of motion. If there was 1 shoulder movement that was consistantly bad i would have been that concerned to get MD help. I read that tendons and ligements heal slower than muscle bcuz they don'nt receive much blood flow. So i think that was were i injury myself during sparing practice. It gets better every day. Hope your shoulder heals faster.
