Nice. Saturday in my now clean livingroom. Ahhh. I didn't get as much done as I'd hoped to, but then, I read the news (depressing) and watched the cats put in another hard day of sleeping in the sunshine.

Caught up with a really cool freind tonight and heard all the 'who screwed who' gossip from my department. Shock. Horror. Gasp.
So now that it is too late to really be sharp and productive, I think I'll try. Sad, sad way to spend a perfect-temperature, rainy, Saturday night. I'd rather have a martini and get laid.
But old habits die hard and perfectionism/performance anxiety beckon me onward.
In another life I want to be a housecat. Not as my first choice, but I definately would like to try the 'sleep is priority #1' lifestyle at some point.

GEB is super freaky, but at times hard to read. I'm working on my second reading (read it the first time ~3 years ago).
