Hey my lil cuties. Just got back from working out . Spent 60 mins on the treadmill. Did 3.01 miles . I was only going to do 1.5 but um hehehe I ended up going to 2 then 2.5 then next thing knew I was at 3.01. They were playing some really kewl salsa music that seemed to get me going . I was on the go and couldn't stop. I'm planning on taking a nice cool shower then I'm going to eat a big salad with some chicken n cheese cheesie in it.
I've totally become a little work out whore . It's all I talk about lately. I like our gym since it has cardio equipment upstairs and sometimes there are only 2 other people working out with me . I was alone for most of my work out so I had control of the TV which I liked . Kinda zoned out on some program. LOL I don't even remember what in the hell I was watching. So this is the new me. Little miss I must go work out or I will feel bad for missing a day or something. I don't know why I feel all bad and shit when iI miss a day but I do.
I think I might get something like that for me next tat.
Fact about moi~~~~ My first cat was a black n white female named Poe Poe . I picked her out since she was the most playful one out of the litter and my mom carried her home in a dishtowel. My first dog was Sam Woof Woof. We ended up having to give him away since he wasn't housebroken. He was a really nice dog though. Loved everyone . Tried to make friends with Poe Poe but she wasn't too into the idea of that.

Hey, I recommend you go to Playa blanca in Columbia, it is just off the coast of Cartagena. It is really peaceful and there is a french guy called gilbert who has a small hostel there. Medellin is amazing too, very big city though, but I really liked it. All over Columbia is good, I hope you have a good trip there when you get the chance to go, keep in touch, love and respect, trip_tics
