joe got hit by a drunk driver last night; only one block away.the guy that him ran away from the scene and joe tried to chase him down until the guy disappeared. he's fine just a little whiplash.

i did it myself.. well.. my boyfriend helped.
we used Manic Panic
you have to make sure you hair is bleached first for it to show up that much.. and it doesnt last that long.. it only stayed that bright for .. maybe a month.
maybe go to a colorist and have it done by a professional... take a few steps before going so crazy... get your hair lightened and some red tones?
