Work has just been so so so...challenging.
Sometimes I just want to crawl into a hole. But I don't usually have a hole so I crawl under my covers instead.
That isn't so bad.

I missed you guys smile
This weekend, I am going to finish decorating my craft room hopefully and work on my new scarf some more.

I'm very sleepy..

Are you wondering what I had for dinner tonight? I bet you are.

Sunday Night:
Ground beef with cheddar, onions, apple and worschteshire (sp) sauce. Topped with slices of apple (fuji in this case) and gruyere on a whole wheat bun. Next time I need to use an apple with a bit more flavor. But for a first time recipe VERY good....
