Work has just been so so so...challenging.

Ground beef with cheddar, onions, apple and worschteshire (sp) sauce. Topped with slices of apple (fuji in this case) and gruyere on a whole wheat bun. Next time I need to use an apple with a bit more flavor. But for a first time recipe VERY good....
