Finally a good weekend. But then there are Mondays. I did some work but was not in the mood. I must get enthusiasm tomorrow as I cannot find desks in 2 office now. I have a potential new hire, will have to work on it. We have a new woman in the office and she is definately a lot more fun than the one that left 2 weeks ago without notice to move to Idaho with her husband, who moved there 2 weeks before.
I think the way she did it sucks. You do not work somewhere for 3 years and just quit without notice. We had no clue what was going on until her husbands exboss called and asked if we were still going to do business now that he left. When we asked about the guys wife, he said that she was supposed to wait a month to see if the new job in Idaho was working out before she moved. Aslo he said that the stories that he was given didnt add up. The guy was supposed to be moving near his mother who was not doing well, but then he remembered that she did not live in Idaho but in Wyoming, and her mother lives here in Vegas. I guess a smokescreen was up, oh well, my friend to talk about Survivor, The Amazing Race, CSI and Apprentice is long gone without so much as a goodbye.
