I need to get some sleep. Ever since I did a local show here in town on Memorial Day weekend I have been getting up very early. I do not use an alarm clock except when I absolutely have to be somewhere, so getting up at 6 in the morning is not the normal time I get up, generally that is around 7 to 7:15. I have already been up for 30 minutes and it sucks.
Ok, you say well, you are self employed and can get an early start on the day. I did some work, but there is no reason to go to the office as the mail will not be up at the post office, the place where I will go for breakfast, my friend does not start until 8 and I want to go back to bed.
I got approved on my apartment in the Denver area. I read the lease and have never heard of some of the items in it. I will have to tell them that I am not interested. I can understand some of them but a late fee of $65 plus $5 a day, a bounced check fee of $50, you are liable for utilities if you move out in the winter until the next person moves in, and the best one of all if you get evicted, you owe them a months rent for lease termination. I will either be having the red pen out and crossing out whole sections or will find another place to live, the last one is the ultimate insult, they throw you out and then want to penalize you.
I have never been even close to that, but it is a matter or principle. I see Zombee is back, I have missed her.
