I am moved, not unpacked. Went furniture shopping yesterday and one place didn't have the time for me, and the other did, so guess where I bought. I bought a sofa which will be delivered on Wednesday, and we will go from there. I am off to a trade show shortly, maybe I can find something there to buy and then back here for some moving, unpacking, nap, shower then dinner and a movie with my friend Lori.
There were a lot of things on my to do list when I moved, almost all of them are done. I went out to 2 places for Philly cheesesteaks, two for hot dogs, one for pizza and one for a steak. I bought something I hadn't had in 9 or more years and bought the wrong one, but no big deal only cost abotu $$4.
I like the place here, it is quiet for the most part, except there must be newlyweds upstaris, he did her in the living room on Thursday night, and three times in 90 minutes on Friday night in the bedroom. Oh, those were the days. The neighbors for the most part are nice friendly people. I am stunned by the number of Indian, Pakaistani and Arab workers at the 7-11, gas stations, Wendys and other places like that. I would say that for the most part they run the whole town on those fronts. I have been away too long.
