your boy cufflinks is back...i had a crazy month of june...i applied to about a million zillion places and nobody wanted to hire me, which means i'm forced to go back to el sob and work at the bank i've been a slave to for the last 3 years....it's not bad, but there are certainly better jobs out there.
last night i saw CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY.....the tim burton version, featuring johnny depp. yeah actually i gotta say....it really wasn't very good. i liked the concept a lot more than the delivery...but willy wonka is all skittish and awkward as fuck and everything's dark and....i dunno. the oompa loompas were LAAAAAAMEEEE AS FUCK. some parts were cool, but i wouldnt go so far as to say that it's worth the 8 bucks....
anyway, vesuvius is in australia right now...but when he comes back we've already got a couple new ideas for sets....actually we did a shoot but it didn't yield many positive results.......except i got a new icon from it....check that shit out. ok i'm out.

I don't know if I want to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory or not. I know Willy Wonka isn't supposed to be this nice guy and what not (its been a long time since I've read the book), but seeing the commercials with Johnny Depp kind of creeped me out. I think I'll wait until it comes out on DVD.
And that icon is teh shit
