Thanks! Yes & no..... I had 12 years experience in audio before taking the shipping supervisor job last year as a way in. It's hard to start over, but it's good when it pays off! 
Managed to get a bunch done today. A workmate has been working on this large, complex and very frustrating document for the last few months. I took over the formatting / delivery of it today. Boring as shit, but it is starting to look like a document. Not all too bad tho, a good 5 hours at the pub tonight
