Things are looking a little bit better. I'm definetly not going to pull through in one class, which is sad and my GPA will never quite reach a level of anything above average. But. I should be able to successfully dodge painful academic death as long as I work my ass off for the next couple days.

Especially today.

My grandfather's funeral was not a terribly emotional experience for me.

That side of my family is hardly my family at all. Everyone on it is more or less a stranger to me. They all lived in the same town and saw each other all the time. My cousins were practically raised by my grandfather and grandmother.

I lived far away with the somewhat outcasted daughter.

Eh.

Life moves on.
